01 / THE COMPANY

A practical business.
A shared ambition.

Cape Haven is a Western Cape-based business focused on turnkey projects and programmes.

We bring infrastructure planning, commercial management and practical delivery together, assembling the specialist partners, contractors and local capabilities needed for each assignment.

Our approach connects an opportunity’s early feasibility and financial model with procurement, construction coordination and long-term operation. A clear scope, realistic programme and defined responsibilities establish the basis for work to proceed.

Skills transfer and local subcontractor development are built into our approach, supported by clear standards, supervision and coordination.

HOMES & LAND / TWO DISTINCT CAPABILITIES

Your land. Your ambition.
A coordinated path to delivery.

For owners ready to build a home and landowners exploring a wider development. One accountable coordination point, with the right professional and construction team for the scope.

01 / TURNKEY RESIDENTIAL DELIVERY

From a plot
to a finished home.

A home should work for the way you live. Bring your site and your brief: we coordinate the design team, approvals, budget and build, keeping everyday comfort and long-term practicality in view.

  • Site constraints, needs and affordability assessment
  • Architectural and engineering team coordination
  • Planning and building-plan approval coordination
  • Cost planning, finishes and contractor procurement
  • Programme, quality and cost reporting during construction
  • Completion, defects coordination and handover records

The decision point: an agreed scope, cost plan and delivery structure before a construction commitment.

02 / LAND-DEVELOPMENT COORDINATION

From a landholding
to a workable development.

Explore what your property can support before committing to a scheme. We coordinate planning, subdivision, servicing and commercial inputs to test a deliverable route to value.

  • Title, constraints and current land-value assessment coordination
  • Town-planning, rezoning and subdivision options
  • Yield, access, civil and electrical service assessments
  • Sales assumptions, cost plans and cash-flow sensitivities
  • Funding and landowner participation options
  • Phased servicing, procurement and delivery coordination

The decision point: a staged feasibility with clear approval, servicing, funding and market conditions for proceeding.
