01 / OUR APPROACH

Start with demand.
Define a deliverable scope.

We assess an opportunity’s commercial and technical basis before developing its route to implementation.

Development coordination

Bring together site and access requirements, demand assessment, technical studies, professional inputs, infrastructure interfaces and delivery phasing.

Clear responsibilities

Confirm the project sponsor, land and operating rights, approval requirements, investment basis and applicable procurement route. Each role and appointment must be agreed for the project.

02 / OPPORTUNITY THEMES

Specialist work.
Integrated coordination.

01

Marine & ship repair

Coordinate the development of lifting, repair, berthing and workshop options around evidenced vessel demand and specialist technical requirements.

02

Offshore support

Assess shore-based facilities, fabrication, handling, storage and logistics interfaces required to support marine and offshore operations.

03

Trade & energy logistics

Explore cargo-led development, servicing and infrastructure interfaces, subject to the relevant land rights, licences, consents and investment decisions.

Local-enterprise participation and practical skills transfer form part of the delivery approach, alongside technical capability, appropriate supervision and compliant procurement.

03 / START A CONVERSATION

Bring an opportunity.
Define the next step.

Discuss the scope, evidence and team needed
to assess a workable delivery route.
